Souper Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 egg, beaten
    1 can mushroom soup
    3 Tbsp. beef bouillon granules
Preparation
    Mix beef, onion, egg and bread crumbs; add 1/2 cup of soup and 1/2 of the granules.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done. Mix 1/2 cup soup and other half of granules together.
    Pour on top.
    Put back in oven and bake for 10 minutes.
