Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Veg-All, drained
    1 cut and chopped onion
    3/4 c. mayo
    1 c. sharp cheese
    1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    salt and pepper for taste
Preparation
    Mix all stuff together and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Top with one stack of Ritz crackers crumbled in a frying pan with 1/2 stick butter.
    Bake until brown.
    Will be more moist if you put a can of mushroom soup in mixture.
