Fake Fried Oysters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fresh mushrooms
    1 egg
    milk
    flour
Preparation
    Cut mushrooms in half.\tTake
    the
    egg and 1/4 cup milk and mix well in large bowl.
    Add mushrooms and cover with more milk. Let set for
    15
    minutes.
    Mix
    well
    once.
    In another bowl, put about 1 cup
    flour\tand
    salt
    and\tpepper to taste. Pick up mushrooms with hand
    (do
    not drain) and mix in flour. Fry\tuntil golden brown.
    Tastes like oysters, and the cost is much less.
