Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 tsp. butter
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. milk
3 - 4 tsp. dry ranch-style dressing mix
1 1/4 lb. fresh green beans (cooked until crisp tender)
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

To make white sauce, melt butter in saucepan.
Stir in flour and cook 1-2 minutes stirring constantly.
Whish in milk and bring to a boil.
Whisk constantly for 1-2 minutes until thick.
Stir in dressing mix and white pepper and set aside.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Spray skillet with nonstick Pam.
Heat and add onion and garlic (minced).
Cook for 2-3 minutes and set aside.
Add mushrooms to onion mixture and cook additional 5 minutes.
Combine mixture to green beans and add white sauce in casserole dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and cover mixture.
Bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes.
