Herbed Honey Lime Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. dry white wine
    1/4 c. each honey and lime juice
    2 tsp. dry ground mustard
    1 tsp. fresh rosemary, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. each cornstarch and water
Preparation
    Saute onion in olive oil.
    Add wine, honey, lime juice, mustard, rosemary, salt and pepper.
    Bring mixture to a boil. Combine cornstarch and water.
    Mix well and add to sauce.
    Cook and stir until sauce thickens.
    Makes 2 cups.
    Serve over cooked turkey, chicken, fish or pork.
