Pumpkin Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 c. cooked pumpkin
    1/4 c. butter
    3/4 c. pecans
    baked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix brown sugar, flour, spices and salt.
    Beat eggs.
    Add milk and stir into first mixture.
    Cook over hot water until it thickens, stirring constantly.
    Add butter, pecans and pumpkin. Mix well.
    Pour into baked pie shell.
    Freezes well, but freeze separately.
