Easy Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. zucchini, diced
4 eggs
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. oil
2 Tbsp. grated cheese
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. bacon bits

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients (zucchini last). Pour into a greased pie dish until golden brown (about 40 to 45 minutes).
Good either hot or cold.
Great as a side dish or as a main course served with salad.
