Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 family size broccoli pieces or 2 heads fresh broccoli
    1 stick oleo
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese, diced
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0. Cook broccoli until thawed; drain and put into 9 x 13 casserole dish. While broccoli is warm, add cheese and 1/2 stick of oleo. Combine cracker crumbs and 1/2 stick of melted oleo and sprinkle on top of mixture. Bake 25 minutes.
