Cheese Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    milk
    cheese (Tillamook is best)
Preparation
    Prepare eggs and milk as for French toast (but do not put sugar in).
    Dip bread slices in mixture and brown.
    When bread is all browned, use rest of milk and egg mixture and add grated Cheddar cheese to make a thick sauce, then serve it with sliced dill pickles over it.
    This makes a good breakfast.
