Corn And Zucchini Medley(Easy, Fast And Delicious) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    2 c. sliced zucchini
    1 1/2 c. Green Giant Niblets corn (frozen)
    4 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Cook bacon in large skillet over medium heat until crisp. Remove, crumble and drain on paper towel.
    Reserve 2 tablespoons bacon drippings in skillet.
    Add zucchini, corn and onions; cook and stir until tender and zucchini is still crisp (7 to 10 minutes); time varies.
    Season with pepper; place in serving bowl. Sprinkle vegetables with cheese and crumbled bacon.
    Makes 5 (1/2-cup) servings.
