Cantaloupe And Blueberries With Yogurt Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cantaloupes
    juice from 2 lemons
    2 c. blueberries
    1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Rinse and dry cantaloupes.
    Cut each melon in half; scoop out and discard seeds.
    Drizzle melons with lemon juice; set aside. In a small mixing bowl, combine berries, yogurt and vanilla.
    Fill melon halves with equal amounts of mixture.
    Makes 4 servings.
