Chicken And Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium chicken, boiled and pulled off the bone
    5 eggs, boiled, peeled, and chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 - 9 inch pan of cornbread, crumbled
Preparation
    Using the broth from the chicken, mix it with the bread. Saute onion, celery, and bell pepper in small amount of oil until tender.
    Add to broth and bread.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Put small pieces of chicken over the dressing, pressing it into the dressing.
    Pour into long pie pan and bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
