White Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. dry milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. oleo
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Melt oleo; remove from heat.
    Stir in dry milk, flour and salt.
    Slowly add water, stirring constantly.
    Return to heat; cook on medium heat, stirring until thick.
    Yields 1/3 cup.
