San Antonio Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 large peeled tomatoes
2 large onions
3 jalapeno peppers
5 mild peppers
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 c. vinegar
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. chili powder
Tabasco or cayenne pepper to taste
Preparation

Chop vegetables in food processor.
Heat remaining ingredients until paste is diluted.
Combine with vegetables, chill and serve.
