Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts
1 to 2 lb. smoked sausage
2 cans diced tomatoes (3 c.)
1 large diced onion
1 large diced pepper
1 bulb garlic, fine chopped
2 bay leaves
2 to 3 Tbsp. oregano
2 c. rice, uncooked
hot pepper sauce to taste (Tabasco)
1 can French onion soup
1 can cream of celery soup
Preparation

Boil chicken in 6 cups water; dice.
Keep separate.
Dice sausage; pan-fry, drain and keep separate.
