Corn Souffle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 can cream-style corn
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 stick oleo
    1/2 c. sour cream (optional; can use 1/2 c. half and half)
    1 small pkg. corn meal mix
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix ingredients.
    Cover with cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
