Pumpkin Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. baking soda
3 c. sugar
4 large eggs
1/2 c. orange juice
3 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. cloves
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 (15 oz.) can pure pumpkin
1 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen cranberries (if frozen, do not need to defrost)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
Combine flour, spices, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.
Combine sugar, pumpkin, eggs, vegetable oil and orange juice in a larger mixer bowl.
Beat until just blended.
Add pumpkin mixture to flour mixture.
Stir just until moistened. Fold in cranberries.
