Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. cracker or bread crumbs
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/4 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Mix meat, seasonings, bread crumbs, water, onion and green pepper.
    Form into balls.
    Roll in flour; brown in hot fat or olive oil.
