Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked chicken, diced
2 c. cooked rice
2 c. diced celery
2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sliced almonds, toasted
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 small onion, chopped
4 boiled eggs, sliced
Rice Krispies
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together except eggs and Rice Krispies. Put one half of mixture in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan (lightly greased).
Place sliced eggs on top of mixture and then cover with remaining mixture.
Put crushed Rice Krispies on top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serve hot.
