Pizza Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 3/4 to 3 1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix water and yeast together until dissolved.
    Add sugar and oil; mix well.
    Add salt and 2 1/2 cups flour.
    Mix into a ball. Turn onto floured board.
    Add remaining flour until a bread-type consistency.
    Put in lightly greased bowl.
    Cover and let rise until double.
    Spread on 1 large pizza pan or 2 small.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
    Add favorite pizza toppings and sauce; bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
