Out Of This World Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 pkg. lime Jell-O
3/4 c. boiling water
1/2 lb. miniature marshmallows
1 c. pecans
1 (1 pt.) can crushed pineapple
1 small carton cottage cheese
10 maraschino cherries
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Preparation

Put Jell-O and marshmallows in mixing bowl.
Add boiling water; stir until marshmallows are partly melted.
Add crushed pineapple and mix.
Refrigerate until partly jelled.
Remove from refrigerator.
Add nuts, cottage cheese and cherries that have been cut into small pieces.
Fold in the whipping cream that has been beaten stiff.
Return to refrigerator.
