Skillet Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. each: chopped onion and celery
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
    dash of hot pepper sauce
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Cook ground beef, onion and celery until meat is browned; drain off fat.
    Stir in tomato sauce, water, pepper sauce, salt, monosodium glutamate and chili powder.
    Simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes.
    Serve on buns.
