Banana Orange Salad Sherbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
    2 c. boiling water
    1 pt. orange sherbet
    1 can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 large bananas, sliced
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. cold water
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Mix together Jell-O, boiling water and sherbet.
    When cool, add oranges, pineapple and bananas.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and refrigerate until set.
    Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan and cook until thickened.
    When cool, pour over top of Jell-O. Refrigerate.
