Chili Con Queso Blanco - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (16 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes, drained and chopped
    2 (4 oz.) cans green chilies, chopped
    1/4 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter; add melted cream cheese.
    Add tomatoes, chilies and cream.
    Heat slowly.
    Do not boil!
    Garnish with cilantro.
    Serve in chafing dish with tortilla chips.
