French Bread With Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 loaves French bread
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    8 oz. grated Mozzarella or Swiss cheese
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Add poppy seed, salt, dry mustard, onion and lemon juice.
    Cut bread lengthwise and then crosswise into slices but not quite all the way through. Pour butter mixture over cuts and add mushrooms and cheese in between the slices.
    Wrap in foil and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
