Molasses Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. molasses (light or medium)
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. Crisco, melted and cooled
    1 egg
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Melt Crisco and let it cool.
    Mix Crisco, sugar, molasses and egg.
    Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Chill for one hour then make 1-inch balls.
    Roll the 1-inch balls in sugar and bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
