Mustard Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    1/4 c. nonfat mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 tsp. white wine vinegar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, stirring well.
    Cover and chill thoroughly.
    Serve with fish or even hot dogs (14 or 15 calories per serving).
    Good for people watching calories or high blood pressure or diabetic.
