Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 8 oz. pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
    2 lb. cut up cooked squash
    1 chopped pepper
    1 grated carrot
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small carton sour cream
Preparation
    Melt butter and stir in stuffing.
    Put half mixture into baking dish.
    Mix squash, pepper, carrot, onion, soup, and sour cream. Pour into dish and cover with remaining stuffing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
