Freezer Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 cucumbers, washed, sliced and peeled
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 c. white vinegar
1 bell pepper, cut in strips
Preparation

Mix sugar, vinegar, salt and celery seed and pour over cucumbers.
Add bell pepper and onions.
Stir every 10 minutes until there is enough liquid to cover.
Put in bags and freeze. May be eaten fresh as a salad.
