Blue Cheese Pate - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 slices bacon
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (4 3/4 oz.) can liver spread
1/2 c. crumbled Blue cheese (2 oz.)
2 Tbsp. dry sherry
1/2 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped (1/2 c.)
2 Tbsp. minced onion
2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento-stuffed green olives

Preparation

Advance preparation:
Cook bacon until crisp; drain.
Crumble; set aside.
In small mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, liver spread, Blue cheese and sherry until fluffy.
Stir in water chestnuts, onion, olives and bacon.
Turn into small bowl or mold; chill until firm.
