1-2-3-4 Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
3 c. cake flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla or lemon flavoring
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Gradually add well beaten egg yolks. Measure flour and sift three times with baking powder.
Add flour and milk gradually.
Add flavoring and add stiffly beaten egg whites.
Bake in layers at 350\u00b0.
