Quick Fix Pickle Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. green beans
    8 c. water
    1 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. salt
Preparation
    String and break beans.
    Wash and cook until they change their color.
    Drain off water and rinse in cold water.
    Pack into quart jars, leaving space at top.
    Then preheat 8 cups water, 1 cup vinegar and the salt.
    Boil and pour over beans.
    Seal jars.
    Set aside for 10 to 20 days and they are ready to eat.
