Wilted Lettuce Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large bunches leaf lettuce
4 slices bacon
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
6 green onions, sliced
Preparation

Wash, dry and tear lettuce into bowl. Add sliced eggs and onions.
Fry bacon until crisp.
Remove bacon from pan and reserve drippings.
Add vinegar, water, sugar, salt and pepper to drippings.
Heat to boiling.
Pour over lettuce and toss. Add bacon. Serve at once.
