Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 c. corn meal
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 1/3 c. milk
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl (with a wire whisk).
    Add the liquids; mix quickly with a whisk or fork.
    Lightly grease 12 muffin cups; distribute the batter evenly into them.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until golden brown.
    Best served warm.
