Garden Chicken And Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped carrots
    1/4 c. flour
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
    1 c. milk
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing
    2 c. cubed, cooked chicken or turkey
    carrot curls
    celery leaves
    1 c. shredded Cheddar
Preparation
    In 3-quart saucepan over medium heat, cook celery, onion and carrots in butter until tender.
    Add flour; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Gradually stir in broth and milk.
    Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly.
    Add stuffing and chicken; toss to coat.
    Spoon into 2-quart oblong baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cheese and bake 5 minutes more to melt cheese.
    Garnish with carrot curls and celery leaves.
