Sweet Potato Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 sticks oleo
    1 c. marshmallows
    1 small can Pet milk
    3 or 4 medium sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed or 1 large can potatoes
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring, nutmeg or cloves
    2 unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    Melt oleo and marshmallows in Pet milk.
    Add mashed potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla and flavoring.
    Pour in 2 unbaked pie shells. Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
