No Crust Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1/2 c. baking mix (Pioneer, Jiffy, etc.)
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Grease pie plate. Beat all ingredients; pour into pie plate. Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 50 to 55 minutes.
