Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Ore-Ida frozen hash browns
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
    chopped onion (optional)
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar
Preparation
    Let hash browns thaw about 30 minutes.
    Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Combine all ingredients, including melted margarine; salt and pepper to taste.
    Spread in pan.
    Sprinkle top with corn flakes, old bread crumbs or stale potato chips, crushed.
    Bake.
