Peaches N' Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding and pie filling (not instant)
    3 Tbsp. soft butter
    1 egg
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1 large can sliced peaches, reserve juice
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. reserved juice
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking powder, salt, pie filling, butter, egg and milk with a mixer until well blended.
    Pour in a 10-inch greased pie pan.
    Place peaches over batter.
    Combine cream cheese, sugar and 3 tablespoons juice.
    Beat two minutes and spoon to within one inch of edge of batter.
    Mix 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon together.
    Sift on top of cheese filling.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
