Quiche Lorraine A La Crab - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) pie shell
1/2 pt. whipping cream
8 oz. crabmeat
3 eggs
1 small onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
Preparation

Spread cheese in bottom of pie shell.
Spread crabmeat on top of cheese.
Sprinkle onion over crabmeat.
Beat eggs, cream, salt and pepper together until yolks are broken.
Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
Cool and slice.
Serve warm, but not hot.
Test for doneness as you would a custard.
