Baked Vidalia Onions - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Vidalia onions
1/2 stick margarine
4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. ground cumin
4 tsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. dry white wine
Preparation

With a sharp knife, cut out a 1 x 3/4-inch cavity in the top of each onion, saving scraps.
Sprinkle each with salt and pepper. Mix butter, Worcestershire sauce, cumin and brown sugar.
Divide among cavities of the onions.
Arrange onions in baking dish. Add broth, wine and reserved scraps.
Bake in center of preheated 425\u00b0 oven, basting occasionally, for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until onions are tender and
golden.
