Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. boiling salted water
    1/2 c. rice
    1 qt. milk
    1/2 stick butter
    3 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    cinnamon and sugar
Preparation
    Cook rice in water for 7 minutes.
    Add milk slowly and stir. Add butter.
    Cover and cook on low for 1 hour.
    Mix together eggs, sugar, raisins and vanilla.
    Pour slowly into rice mixture and blend.
    Sprinkle top with cinnamon and sugar.
