Orange Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, well beaten
    peel from 3 large oranges
Preparation
    Cut the peel from 3 large oranges and cook in salt water until tender.
    Drain.
    Add 1 cup sugar to peel while still hot. Simmer until clear.
    Cut peel into small pieces.
    Mix remaining ingredients. Add orange mixture. Pour into 2 medium and 1 small bread pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 35 to 45 minutes. Check for doneness with toothpick.
