Sugar-Free Banana Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 ripe medium bananas, mashed
    2 large eggs, beaten
    3/4 stick melted butter
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    15 packets Equal sweetener
    dash of nutmeg
    1 tsp. each banana extract and vanilla extract
    1 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Divide among 12 cup muffin pan. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. They should spring back when touched and are slightly brown on top.
