Chinese Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken wings, cut off part without meat and tips
1/2 c. gin or vodka
1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. soy sauce
3 to 4 cloves garlic, chopped
10 drops red food coloring (optional)
1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
3 whole bay leaves
Preparation

Mix marinade thoroughly and set aside.
Put chicken wings in large Ziploc bag in pan to fit.
Pour marinade over all in bag. Press out air and seal bag.
Marinate in fridge 24 hours, turning bag every so often.
