6 Week Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 level tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. white sugar
3 c. bran
1 c. raisins (optional)
2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients together and add oil, eggs and white sugar that has been mixed well.
To both mixtures, add bran, raisins and flour.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes in greased muffin tins.
Place remainder in a glass bowl that has extra room and can be covered as the mixture will raise somewhat.
This will last 6 weeks.
