Chicken In White Wine And Yogurt Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, split and skinned (8 pieces)
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    3/4 c. low-fat yogurt
    1/4 c. white wine
    2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    freshly ground black pepper
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Melt 2 tablespoons of the margarine in a shallow baking dish. Place chicken breasts in pan and bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for about 30 minutes.
