Pineapple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 1/2 oz. or 20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/8 tsp. salt
4 or 5 Tbsp. cornstarch
Cool Whip
1 baked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Mix first five ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Mix cornstarch with enough water to form a paste.
Add to pineapple mixture and cook until thickened.
Cool and pour into pie shell.
Top with Cool Whip.
