Pecan Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2/3 c. confectioners sugar
2 c. unbleached flour
1/2 c. sweet butter

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease 9 x 12-inch baking pan.
Sift flour and sugar together.
Cut in butter using 2 knives or rub in, until fine crumbs form.
Pat crusts into baking pan.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven.
