Ingredients

2 1/2 c. uncooked penne or mostaccioli pasta
1 c. sliced zucchini, 1/8-inch thick
2/3 c. frozen peas
4 Tbsp. sliced green onion
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. dried basil
dash of pepper
4 tsp. flour
1 c. evaporated skim milk
4 Tbsp. shredded Swiss cheese
8 oz. low-fat boiled ham, cut into 1/4-inch strips
Preparation

Prepare pasta as directed
on package.\tRinse with warm water. Drain.
